DETROIT COLLEGE DAY

HISTORY
The Michigan State University College Advising Corps (MSUCAC) has been hosting this event since 2013. MSUCAC places near peer college advisors in high schools to increase college participation and completion in Michigan, particularly among first-generation college and low-income students. In order to increase participation in this event, MSUCAC partnered with DCAN in 2016 to expand partnerships with AdviseMI College Advisers, and United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
